MAESTRO SERIES - MS-80AII & MS-102AX
Printing speed of the japan Sakurai MS series cylinder screen printing machine is very fast. The highest speed is 4,000 per hour. But the print registration will not suffer for this high printing speed because it has the "stop-motion" function. The printing sheet is gripped when the cylinder stops, then printed. That is why the print registration is still precise even at this high printing speed.
Latest 2017 Models MS-80AII & MS-102AX have added Function of Automatic Digital Squeegee Pressure adjustment. According to the digital input of squeegee down depth, the squeegee pressure can be fine-tuned by the scale of 0.03mm. The pressure can also be changed during printing.
