Exhaust regulator
CASSETTE REMOVAL
The UV lamp and reflector are cassette mounted. Removal and replacement of the cassette automatically electrically disconnects it with no operator involvement. With the cassette removed the lamp and reflector can be easily cleaned.
Exhaust Regulator
Each hot module is fitted with its own exhaust regulation control. This enables the exhaust air flow from each module to be precisely regulated for maximum dryer efficiency.
UV REFLECTORS
The reflectors are semi-eliptical in design, focusing the ultra violet radiation just below the upper surface of the substrate. Experiments have shown that up to 10% losses can occur on faceted reflectors and considerable time was taken in programming numerically controlled bending rollers to produce the precise reflector curvature. The reflectors are produced from super-polished, anodised aluminum.
